Do I need to create an account to purchase any artworks?
Yes, we require all Art Lovers to create an account before purchasing any artwork on our site. Through your RtistiQ account, you can: track your purchases, create collections, receive updates when there is new work uploaded and select your favorite works. More importantly you would be able to take possession of the blockchain registered Certificate of Authenticity supporting future re-sale of Artwork either through RtistiQ or through any other mode.

How do you choose the artworks available for sale?
We select our artists and galleries after a thorough evaluation process, and they choose the works they want to sell. We moderate the content through a multilevel evaluation criterion, and it is possible that we may remove a work if its authenticity is questionable.

Do you sell prints of the Artworks?
All the art works on RtistiQ are original works or signed Limited Edition reproductions. We do not offer Art Prints through the platform.

The work I wanted is sold - can I contract a similar work?
Please get in touch with us if the work you love is no longer available! We will suggest a best possible alternative.

Is the image projected on your site an exact replica of the product?
A high degree of image accuracy is ensured by our team. However, some minor variations may be observed due to the screen settings.

Do the artwork dimensions mentioned on the website match the actual artwork size?
Yes, the size of all artworks is mentioned in each individual artwork page, which is confirmed by the artists. The size of artwork mentioned is the size of the work without the frame.

Will the artwork include the artist's signature?
If a signature is not displayed on the image of an artwork online, it is most likely that the artist has signed the work on the back or beneath the piece. If you have a special request regarding a specific piece, please contact us prior to your purchase to ensure that the artist is amenable to any changes or additions to their artwork, we can reach out to clarify with the artist directly for details.

What are the different modes of payment?
We offer payment processing via Credit Cards / Debit Cards and PayPal Account. In due course we would be adding additional payment processing options including Net banking and Cryptocurrency support

How safe is it to use my debit/credit card on your site?
We take the security of your personal information and financial details very seriously. See the secure seal at the URL of every page? That's a verified SSL Certificate that protects the data that’s transferred to and from the site by encrypting it so hackers can’t read it. We utilize the services of well known and secure payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal for all the payment processing to be completed in a secure manner.

Shipping & Delivery



How are the artworks packaged?
The artworks are packaged by the artist and follow a standardized packaging process, which is also further assisted by our artist liaison team. Our artists love the work they create, and they take utmost care to protect their work.

How long does the delivery take?
After the payment has been processed, delivery takes about 5 to 7 business days, which gives our artists enough time for packaging and shipping. International deliveries take 12-14 business days. This may vary depending on the artist's availability and the distance between the artist and your delivery location. Sometimes Customs may take additional time for clearance, depending on the cost of Artwork and the destination country processing time. At all times you would receive regular updates on the progress, and you are free to reach us at any point in time if there are any queries.

Who takes care of the delivery?
Depending on the destination and the size of the work, we use delivery companies such as DHL, FedEx or a specialist art delivery company.

How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on the destination. We are transparent on the costs and it will be displayed at the checkout.

Is the artwork insured during shipping?
Absolutely! RtistiQ organizes and insures the transport of the artwork. All details of the cost and handling of shipment would be available during checkout process.

If I buy multiple artworks, will they be delivered at the same time?
Each work is shipped by the artist. So if the art works are by the same artist, they may be delivered at the same time. If they are by different artists, the delivery dates will be different. However, if you have an issue and need them to arrive in the same place at the same time, let us know and we will arrange delivery accordingly.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. We deliver everywhere, or in any case all countries that our delivery partners operate in. In case of any concerns, do not hesitate to contact us and we will find a solution for delivery.

Is there customs duty on international shipments?
This is based on individual countries. Any custom duty taxes incurred for international shipment of artworks shall be paid by the buyer in accordance with the custom duty taxes of the shipping country the details on what you have to pay will be mentioned at the checkout page. Not to worry there won't be any hidden costs involved. We believe in transparency and all prices are shown as is.

Can I get artwork delivered to a different country or to a different person?
We will deliver to the address you gave on your order. Generally, we set the delivery date with the person who will receive the work and whose name you gave. If it's a surprise or a present, let us know!

Do you support Returns of Artworks?
Our endeavor is to keep our Art Lovers happy with the art choices they make. In the event that you want to return the art work, you have 7 days after delivery of the work to let us know. We will organize and cover the costs of the return. You will be refunded once the artwork has been returned to the artist. You are responsible to ensure proper packaging of the work to avoid any damage during the return shipment.
