Do I need to create an account to purchase any artworks?
Yes, we require all Art Lovers to create an account before purchasing any artwork on our site. Through your RtistiQ account, you can: track your purchases, create collections, receive updates when there is new work uploaded and select your favorite works. More importantly you would be able to take possession of the blockchain registered Certificate of Authenticity supporting future re-sale of Artwork either through RtistiQ or through any other mode.


How do you choose the artworks available for sale?
We select our artists and galleries after a thorough evaluation process, and they choose the works they want to sell. We moderate the content through a multilevel evaluation criterion, and it is possible that we may remove a work if its authenticity is questionable.

Right now Artists Join our platform through Invitations as well direct Registration. On Registration their profile and artworks go through a review by our Curatorial team before they are approved for displaying their works on the Platform. Artists and Galleries also go through a KYC process to confirm their Identity and Address details before a confirmation is made.

Do you sell prints of the Artworks?
All the art works on RtistiQ are original works, they are not reproduced and further editions are not published by the Artist. Some Artists set for Limited Editioned Prints, which are clearly categorized.


The work I wanted is sold - can I commission a similar work?
Please get in touch with us if the work you love is no longer available! Majority of our artists take up commissioned work as well and would be able to create a similar artwork for you.


Is the image projected on your site an exact replica of the product?
A high degree of image accuracy is ensured by our team. However, some minor variations may be observed due to the screen settings. Please do ask for additional images or videos if required to have a better understanding of the Artwork. We are here to assist you with the minutest detail you would like to learn about the Artwork before making your purchase decision.

You still have a 14-day free returns in case there is a discrepancy seen to what you expected and what you received. In the vast majority of cases it is the reverse with our buyers finding the works better than what they see as an image on the platform.


Do the artwork dimensions mentioned on the website match the actual artwork size?
Yes, the size of all artworks is mentioned in each individual artwork page, which is confirmed by the artists. The size of artwork mentioned is the size of the work without the frame.


Will the artwork include the artist's signature?
If a signature is not displayed on the image of an artwork online, it is most likely that the artist has signed the work on the back or beneath the piece. If you have a special request regarding a specific piece, please contact us prior to your purchase to ensure that the artist is amenable to any changes or additions to their artwork, we can reach out to clarify with the artist directly for details. Payments




What are the different modes of payment?
We offer payment processing via Credit Cards / Debit Cards, PayPal Account, Cryptocurrency and Bank Transfer. In due course we would be adding additional payment processing options including payments in Installments. Please feel free to connect with us anytime of you would like to request for an alternate payment option, and we will try our level best to support.

Do you support Cryptocurrency Payments?
Yes with our partnership with Triple-A.io (one of the only few Digital Asset Licensee in Singapore) we can process payments in BTC, ETH and USDT. More crypto support would be added in the future.

Can I pay in Installments?
Installments are currently not supported directly on the website, but you may connect with us at +6591885499 to raise a request. We will do our best to cover your request in the best possible way.



How safe is it to use my debit/credit card on your site?
We take the security of your personal information and financial details very seriously. See the secure seal at the URL of every page? That's a verified SSL Certificate that protects the data that’s transferred to and from the site by encrypting it so hackers can’t read it. We utilize the services of well known and secure payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal for all the payment processing to be completed in a secure manner.



Shipping & Delivery




How are the artworks packaged?
The artworks are packaged by the artist and follow a standardized packaging process, which is also further assisted by our artist liaison team. Our artists love the work they create, and they take utmost care to protect their work.


How long does the delivery take?
After the payment has been processed, delivery takes about 5 to 7 business days, which gives our artists enough time for packaging and shipping. International deliveries take 12-14 business days. This may vary depending on the artist's availability and the distance between the artist and your delivery location. Sometimes Customs may take additional time for clearance, depending on the cost of Artwork and the destination country processing time. At all times you would receive regular updates on the progress, and you are free to reach us at any point in time if there are any queries.


Who takes care of the delivery?
Depending on the destination and the size of the work, we use delivery companies such as DHL, FedEx or a specialist art delivery company.


How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on the destination. We are transparent on the costs and it will be displayed at the checkout.


Is the artwork insured during shipping?
Absolutely! RtistiQ organizes and insures the transport of the artwork. All details of the cost and handling of shipment would be available during checkout process.


If I buy multiple artworks, will they be delivered at the same time?
Each work is shipped by the artist. So if the art works are by the same artist, they may be delivered at the same time. If they are by different artists, the delivery dates will be different. However, if you have an issue and need them to arrive in the same place at the same time, let us know and we will arrange delivery accordingly.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. We deliver everywhere, or in any case all countries that our delivery partners operate in. In case of any concerns, do not hesitate to contact us and we will find a solution for delivery.


Is there customs duty on international shipments?
This is based on individual countries. Any custom duty taxes incurred for international shipment of artworks shall be paid by the buyer in accordance with the custom duty taxes of the shipping country the details on what you have to pay will be mentioned at the checkout page. Not to worry there won't be any hidden costs involved. We believe in transparency and all prices are shown as is.


Can I get artwork delivered to a different country or to a different person?
We will deliver to the address you gave on your order. Generally, we set the delivery date with the person who will receive the work and whose name you gave. We use the services of International Courier Services (DHL, FEDEX, UPS, Aramex), for all the local and international shipment. Every shipment is insured for the full value of the Artwork. Return Policy

Our endeavor is to keep our Art Lovers happy with the art choices they make and to offer the best service including Returns. For any reason you feel it does not fit your expectations you are free to ask for Return of the artwork up to 14 days after delivery. You can either ask for a complete refund or a change of Artwork, which may fit your interest better.

What is the coverage for the Return Policy?

In the event that you are not satisfied with the work delivered, you have 14 days after delivery of the work to let us know. We will organize and cover the costs of the return. The return Policy covers the following situation
You received the work as Damaged- Depending on the level of Damage, you may ask for a Repair, replacement or a total refund of the artwork
Doesn't Fit your Space - We strongly encourage buyers to use our Mobile App to have a sense of the size of the work, by using its AR feature. Nevertheless we understand that it could still be an issue fitting in, and you can request for a replacement or refund of the Artwork.
Made to order and commissioned artworks are not eligible for Returns or Refund. We would only be able to consider situation of Damages and not for any other situation
Artwork purchased through Auction are only eligible for Damages
Cost of Return - All costs of return are borne by RtistiQ including return customs clearance

I changed my mind, how do I return the order

You can just login to your account, go to your order and initiate the Return process. You have 14 days after delivery to initiate Return. In case of any questions you may reach out to the number +6591885499 to confirm the process.

What is Refunded?

You will receive a** full refund of the Artwork price and Shipping cost**. Only the cost of Customs will still need to be borne by you as we wouldn't be able to control that.

What is the Policy for Made-to-order and Commissioned Artworks?

Made to order works are not eligible for returns", since the artwork is created only after the request is made.
During the commissioning process you have multiple opportunities to review the work and cancel the order at any point in time. Once it is packaged and Shipped we cannot accept returns of the Artwork.

Its always a good practice to Review the Artwork thoroughly after receiving the shipment.
Keep the original packaging until the end of the return period, to use it for the return of the Painting

Made to order and Commissioned Artworks are not eligible for the Return Policy above. We support cancellation of the order until the time of process initiation (specific print or custom creation)
