Reset Password for your RtistiQ Account

This help article talks about how to reset your password both when you have forgotten your password as well as you would like to change the password to make it more secure.

If you have forgotten your login credentials for your RtistiQ Account, then follow the below steps to complete the same

Visit the log-in page of RtistiQ Login
Click on "Forgot Password" as highlighted in the image below




Enter your email used to register and click on "Send OTP"


You would get an OTP sent to your email. Kindly note the OTP expires after 1 minute
Enter the OTP number in the new screen. If there are any issues with the OTP, please click on "Resend OTP"



Type the password in the new screen and click on "Reset Password"





You would be required to login once again after the Password is reset

If you would like to change your password at any point in time then follow the below steps

Login into your RtistiQ account using the link Login
Click on your Profile Name on top right corner if your page
On the left scroll down to Account Settings and click on "General Settings"


Scroll down in the new page to reach, "Change Password" section
Enter your current password and the new password you would like to reset to


Click on Update
You would be logged out to login again with the new password
